This mixture of nationalities and personalities has forged the Club’s reputation as an ideal forum for Franco-American dialogue by the prominent speakers featured at its regular luncheons at the prestigious Cercle de l’Union Interalliée and other locations of note. The Club, however, is not only a forum for serious dialogue! Our Happy Hours, annual Thanksgiving Gala Dinner, Fourth of July, and Holiday parties are fun and festive occasions.
The Club also offers a wide range of other events such as: private guided tours of art exhibitions and cultural venues plus special offers of tickets for opera, ballet, theatre, and concerts. These events, in a less formal venue, provide members a more convivial and unstructured environment that can foster the development of lasting social and business ties.
The American Club of Paris maintains high standards for new applicants. Two current members must sponsor each new member.
Membership is also open to citizens of the United States and non-US citizens interested in American culture and the promotion of ties between the United States and France. Membership is open to residents and non-residents alike.
