Francois Fillon

The American Club invited former Primer Minister Francois Fillon for a dinner at the Cercle de L'Union Interalliée in September 2014.  Mr. Fillon gave a thoughful speech covering many of the current issues ranging from Politics to International Relations to the fight against Terrorism. He outlined his proposals for the future of France in a forceful and convincing manner.
