Patricia O'Brien, Ambassador of Ireland to France was the guest speaker at our luncheon on April 19th, 2018. She spoke eloquently about the impact of 'Brexit' on Ireland. The weather was wonderful, allowing us to have pre-lunch refreshments on the wonderful terrace of the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée.
