Visit to Palais Vivienne

and the Treasures of the Napoleonic Collection of Mr. Pierre-Jean CHALENÇON

Pierre-Jean Chalençon, one of the world’s leading collectors of the Empire era, graciously offered us an exclusive and exceptional visit to his extraordinary home in the Palais Vivienne. We discovered this magnificent palace, which was built in 1706, and saw first-hand a few of the most beautiful treasures of this worldfamous collection of Napoleonic artifacts.


The visit coincides with the week of the Paris Biennale des Antiquaires, and a lovely Champagne Cocktail was served with appetizers prepared by  our own Christine Leonard.
