While this year we will undoubtfully have to do without several of the things that make Thanksgiving such a special holiday, fabulous food will not have to be one of them! The American Club of Paris is excited to partner with Zia to bring you “Thanksgiving Chez Vous”: Treat yourself to a delicious Thanksgiving dinner prepared with love by the chefs of Zia (and soon Milagro).
Justin Kent, chef and owner, son of an American father and French mother, honed in on his culinary skills under such acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs as Alain Passard (l’Arpège) and David Toutain. Along the way, Justin launched “Picnics in Paris” and served clandestine dinners in his Parisian apartment’s dining room. With a particular focus on seasonal ingredients found at local markets, the dream of owning his own restaurant developed organically. In early 2017 Zia opened its doors with a unique menu of French-inspired plates and delicious seasonal fare, along with dishes that pay homage to New Mexico and the “Zia” people, an indigenous tribe to New Mexico, known for their farming abilities.
Through his love for food, seasonality and the upholding of traditions, Justin and his teams have created a Thanksgiving menu complete with such staples as succulent turkey, velvety gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, sweet-smelling cranberry sauce and out-of-this-world pumpkin pie tart!

1. Register and identify yourself as a member or non-member
2. Via email you will then receive a link to Zia's website to specify your order (number of dinners, date, pick-up or delivery option) and process online payment. All orders are final.
