Join us for a private guided tour (in English) of an unprecedented exhibition dedicated to Constantin Brancusi, one of the most influential sculptors of the 20th century. This landmark show will be the largest ever curated on the artist, featuring nearly 200 sculptures alongside a wealth of supporting materials. Photographs, drawings, films, archival documents, the artist's tools, and even furniture from his studio will all be on display.
This comprehensive exhibition coincides with the complete relocation of Brancusi's studio within the Centre Pompidou during its renovation. This unique opportunity allows viewers to experience Brancusi's art in a fresh light, contextualized by the very space where he created his masterpieces.
A jewel in the museum's collection since it was bequeathed to the French state in 1957, Brancusi's studio forms the heart of this retrospective. Thanks to significant loans from prestigious international museums, the exhibition will reunite original groupings of sculptures, offering a deeper understanding of the artist's creative process.
