About Arnaud Graignic
Born in Paris, the fourth child of a father who was a fighter pilot in the naval air force and a mother who had traveled to Morocco, where she met her husband during World War II, Arnaud was surrounded from his early years by a family that appreciated adventure and exploration.
A spirit of freedom marked his youth, leading him to pursue his secondary education in a boarding school in Brittany before returning to Paris for university. His academic journey culminated in a doctoral degree in law.
After taking the oath at the Paris Bar in 1981, he became a specialized real estate lawyer and established his own law firm on Avenue d'Eylau in Paris in 1985. Over the years, he expanded the firm before retiring from the bar 34 years later, in 2019, as an honorary lawyer.
Surrounded in his youth by cousins who were sports car enthusiasts, he purchased his first vintage car in 1973. This passion for classic cars from a bygone era would become a defining aspect of his leisure time.
Arnaud has held numerous prestigious positions within the Club Bugatti France dating back to 2003 - from Membre du Conseil and Treasurer to his current role as President which he has occupied since 2021.
About Michel Brogard
Growing up in Strasbourg near Molsheim in Alsace, where Bugatti's legendary cars and trains were crafted between 1910 and 1939 (today, this region is home to Bugatti-Rimac, producing 80 Chiron 1600BHP cars annually), Michel was immersed in the world of automotive excellence from a young age and studied mechanical engineering.
An formative moment for young Michel was the sight of a French racing blue Bugatti T35 Grand Prix car, sparking a life-long interest in the marque. Since that moment, Michel has participated in dozens of Bugatti rallyes in Europe and North America, several grueling Mille Miglia races, the Targa Florio in Italy, the Tour Auto in France. Over the years, Michel has driven most Bugatti models: T13 "Brescia", T37, T35, T51, T40, T46, T55, T57 and others.
A member of the Club Bugatti France, The Enthousiastes Bugatti Alsace club, le club des Amis du Musee Schlumpf in Mulhouse (which owns over 100 pre-war Bugattis), the British Bugatti Owner’s Club (founded 1929, the oldest Bugatti club in the world), The Bugatti Trust and the American, German, Swiss, Italian, Danish, Australia Bugatti clubs, Michel has also curated one of the world’s most exhaustive collection of books written on Bugatti.
Michel lives in New York City where he once drove a Bugatti Grand Prix car down 5th Avenue and changed the 8 spark plugs in front of the NY Public Library at 42nd Street.
