A former child refugee, Neri’s journey towards the entrepreneurial world began at age 18, when she was admitted to emigrate to the United States and undertake studies at the University of Miami. This journey of her youth, from refugee to a prestigious American university, fuels her passion for resilience, cultural innovation, and ethical business practices. In her first TEDx talk, ten years ago, at Bournemouth University, Neri told the story of her journey under the title: “What keeps you alive? The guide to never giving up”.
Her thought leadership has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company, sharing insights on strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She has also been quoted in publications such as the Financial Times, Newsweek, Vogue Business, Bloomberg, Business of Fashion, and WWD.
Neri has spoken at notable organizations including Apple, Credit Suisse, Bernstein, the University of Cambridge, Forbes France, Baker McKenzie, the International Bar Association, and the Global Leaders Summit. A three-time TEDx speaker, she inspires leaders to build businesses that balance purpose with profit for lasting impact.
She lives in Paris with her husband and their 5-year-old son. When not assisting with her son’s “experiments,” she enjoys reading, cooking, and occasionally, gardening.
